How to delete your account and what happens to your data
Garden Vision is operated by TERRA EM INFO CONSULT SRL. You can delete your Garden Vision account and the personal data linked to it at any time, directly from the app. This page explains how, and exactly what is removed.
Delete your account in the app
- Open the Garden Vision app and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm when prompted. Your account and associated data are permanently deleted.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Can't access the app?
If you're unable to sign in, email us at contact@gardenvision.app from the email address on your account, with the subject line "Account deletion request."
We will verify your request and delete your account within 30 days.
What gets deleted
When you delete your account, we permanently remove:
- Your email address and login credentials
- Your subscription status and credit balance
- All of your saved garden designs and the links to your generated images
- Your full chat history with the in-app assistant
- Your app usage records
What we keep, and for how long
For legal, tax, and accounting compliance, we retain anonymized purchase and transaction records for the period required by applicable law — generally 7 years under Romanian law, where our company is registered. These records are stripped of information that identifies you, and are deleted or anonymized once the retention period ends.
Your photos are never stored on our servers — a garden photo is sent to our AI provider only to generate your design, and we keep no copy of it. Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google; to cancel or request a refund, use your Apple ID or Google Play account.
