Garden Vision ("we", "our", "us") is operated by TERRA EM INFO CONSULT SRL. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application.
Information We Collect
We collect the following information to provide our services:
- Photos you upload: Garden photos you choose to upload for AI design generation. These are sent to our AI service provider for processing and are not stored on our servers.
- Location data: City and country you select (or GPS-detected location) to provide climate-specific plant recommendations. GPS coordinates, when used, are converted to a city and country and are not stored; we do not track your real-time location.
- Account information: Email address and authentication data when you create an account.
- Usage data: We keep records of your activity in the app — such as the number of designs you generate and related API requests — stored in our backend. We use this to operate features like your monthly design allowance and to keep the service running. We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
- Subscription and purchase information: Anonymous user identifier, purchase receipts, subscription status, product identifiers, purchase dates, country of purchase, and device platform (iOS or Android). We do not collect or store payment card details or bank account information — all payment processing is handled by Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
How We Use Your Information

Third-Party Services
We use carefully selected third-party services to provide essential functionality in Garden Vision. These services may process limited data as described below.
- RevenueCat, Inc. — We use RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions and purchases across devices. Data shared with RevenueCat: anonymous user identifier, purchase receipts from Apple or Google, subscription and purchase status, device platform, and country of purchase. RevenueCat does NOT receive your name, email address, physical address, payment card details, uploaded photos, or AI-generated designs. See: revenuecat.com/privacy
- Apple App Store and Google Play Store — All payments are processed by Apple (on iOS) or Google (on Android). We never see, collect, or store your payment details. See: apple.com/legal/privacy and policies.google.com/privacy
- Leonardo Interactive Ltd. (Leonardo.ai) — Powers our AI garden design generation. Your uploaded photos and style selections are sent to Leonardo's servers for AI processing. Leonardo does not use your images to train AI models. See: leonardo.ai/privacy-policy
- Anthropic (Claude API) — Powers plant recommendations and in-app assistance. Text messages you send to the assistant, along with your selected city and country and garden parameters, are processed by Anthropic's servers. No email address or account identity is sent. Anthropic does not use this data to train AI models. See: anthropic.com/legal/privacy
- Supabase, Inc. — Provides backend infrastructure for authentication and account data storage. Your account data is stored on Supabase's servers in the European Union. See: supabase.com/privacy
Data Storage and Security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data. All data is encrypted in transit. Your photos are processed for design generation and are not stored on our servers. Account data is stored securely using Supabase with encryption at rest and in transit.
Subscription and purchase records: For legal, tax, and accounting compliance purposes, we retain records of your purchases and subscription history for the period required by applicable law (generally 7 years in Romania, where our company is registered). After this period, we will delete or anonymize this data. If you request account deletion, we will anonymize your purchase history but cannot delete transaction records due to legal obligations.
Managing Your Subscription and Purchases
Your subscriptions in Garden Vision are managed through your Apple ID account (on iOS) or Google Account (on Android). You can:
- View active subscriptions: in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or in the Google Play Store app → Subscriptions
- Cancel a subscription: at any time through the same settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- Request a refund: through Apple or Google directly. We do not process refunds.
- Restore purchases: if you reinstall Garden Vision, you can restore your previous purchases using the "Restore Purchases" option in the app settings.

Garden Vision is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Garden Vision provides AI-generated garden designs and plant recommendations for inspirational and informational purposes only. This application does not replace professional landscape architecture, horticulture, or gardening advice.
Please note:
- Generated images are artistic visualizations and may not accurately represent the actual appearance of your space after implementation.
- Spatial proportions in generated images are approximate. The AI interprets your photo as a design reference, not as an accurate spatial measurement. The generated garden may appear larger, smaller, or differently proportioned than your actual space. Use the design as creative inspiration, not as a scaled blueprint.
- Plant recommendations are based on general climate data for your selected location and may not account for specific soil conditions, microclimates, sun exposure, or other site-specific factors on your property.
- Always consult with a local nursery or qualified landscape professional before purchasing plants or beginning any garden project.
- Garden Vision and its developers are not responsible for any outcomes resulting from the use of designs, plant recommendations, or advice provided through this application.
- Results may vary based on photo quality, actual growing conditions, and implementation methods.

Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the app and on this page. This Privacy Policy was updated on June 13, 2026 to clarify our data practices, third-party subscription management (RevenueCat), and account deletion.
